Console Bracket Info Needed

I know this may be a sort of dumb question, but I will ask anyway.

I am getting ready to install the console brackets on my 63 Impala SS and need some measurements for a reference before I drill holes. All the holes have been welded closed and it is strictly guess work with out some measurements.

Does the assembly manual offer this information?

Any help will be appreciated

Ed, I don't have a 63 Assembly Manual but I'm sure it's in there probably under RPO 685. It's Sheet 6 in the 61 manual.
