Biography
David C. Libby, 68, of Raytown, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 25, 2010, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 1, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to help defray funeral expenses. Mr. Libby was born June 23, 1941 in Kansas City, Missouri, son of Edward E. and Arvilla (Beyerly) Libby. He had worked as a welder in the automotive industry. He is survived by his wife Norma (McHall) Libby of the home; son David Libby and wife Kellye; daughter Amy Mahaffey; extended family members and friends. Arrangements under the direction of Mount Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, Kansas City, MO.
