Hey Guys,
After everything I have read... guess I'll leave the new pro-comp distributor, I bought sometime back for my 409 build in the box. Looks like just go ahead and cough up the coins for a Pertronix.. ???

I've had no troubles with my complete Pertronics III. Pro comp ran about 20 mins and never sparked again. Pickup took a sh$t.

I bought an MSD but have heard nothing but good things about the Pertronics. Exact opposite for Pro Comp, especially for w-motors.

I've had a Pertronix I in my 348 elky for over 10 years with no problem whatsoever. I bought and carry a Pert III for whenever the I wears out, with that in mind, it will probably last forever. (knock knock)
