Edelbrock Dual Quad Breather

I have been wanting to post a picture of my solution to the poor breather/ baffle on the Edelbrock dual quad manifold for a while. I used a piece of exhaust pipe with a square piece of sheet metal tack inside for a baffle. I capped the ends with sheet metal. Drilled holes, top and bottom with a hole saw. The top is sized for a rubber grommet and the bottom, I soldered on a copper pipe adapter the correct size to fit the grommet in the manifold. I put a pcv valve in a rubber oil fill plug in the oil fill tube. No oil consumption at all and it seems to work well.100_2776.JPG 100_2780.JPG 100_2781.JPG I put a piece of heat shrink tube on the lower pipe to make it a nice tight fit in the manifold grommet.
