Engine question on my

It’s been since I’ve been on the site, I would like to ask a question.

I had the privilege to have the late Gerry Gostenick build my 409 some years ago.
Cant say enough about hthat experience and his workmanship.

Anyway my 409 is now showing some things I’m worried about and I’m no way near what Gerry was.
I changed the plugs and #1 & #7 showed they were wet.
All the others were dry and looked good.
I didn’t have time to do a compression check.
But I checked the exhaust temperature using a thermo temperature tester of the stock exhaust manifolds.
All of the others showed a temperature range of 450 to 500 degrees.
While #1 & #7 showed a temperature range 250 to 300.

Does this look or sound like something I should look deeper into, or just keep an eye on ?

Sure don’t want something major to happen if it’s correctable know ?
