Video is a year old but still relevant as I'm sure these "facilities" are still out there, probably many more since. I never heard of storage facilities like this but sounds like a great idea. 
How much TOXIC pollution did just this single fire put into our atmosphere? We are killing ourselves. Wait about 10-20 years and we'll find out what this stuff does to the human body.
