The horn button on 58 was similar to this 59-60 Biscayne only the plastic emblem was different. It's the horn ring itself that is full circle on 58 and half circle on 59-60.

As good as it looks, it is missing the paint dividers and the are a few hair line cracks that are hard to se in the pics.
