"FUGITIVE" car, manitowac, wi

Anyone know anything about this car. :dunno Posting for a friend that owns it. Its a 62 bubble top, black now ,was white originally. was raced out of Manitowoc, wisconsin, era about 1963 or 64. Will post apicture when I get one from the owner.

Just thought I'd repost this as its been a while and maybe someone new to site may know something about this car, Name on side of it is "fugitive"?:dunno Never did get a picture from owner and haven't been by that way since.

The only Fugitive I remember in the 60's was a black MOPAR

I sent the guy an Email today asking if he had any pictures. It's up there in Newton, Wi at TR truck and auto sales, he has several 409 cars and 348 & 409 engines and parts, but has that Fugitive car all by itself in a little garage last I knew. Hope I can get a load up past there when I return to work.
