Tim, I think I just got a bad one. Like I stated, it had a wobble in my drill press. I even drilled a hole in a piece of wood to hold it on the bottom of the stud while it spun, then I could get a visual of the wood moving. I think I am good now.

Even the best part manufacter will have a bad item slip thru every once in a while which is why it's needed to check each part carefully.
