I walked home from school (5th grade) to find my Mom sitting on the living room floor, watching the TV news coverage and crying her eyes out. November 22 also happened to be my parents wedding anniversary.

Seriously though, not a Kennedy fan at all. I will give him 1 and only 1 credit. He basically started and funded the SEALS. Technically I think it started at the end of WWII with the Scouts and something teams, but he still pushed it, and funded it around 1961.
