Help Identify This Battery Tray

Hi Guys,Need help identifying this battery tray.Item is a GM,NOS,never installed tray,GM # 327172,group number 2333.Date on the item is 08061,Any help on this would be appreciated.Also if any of you guys are fishermen.I have a Reel,"RODDY 700-B,any idea of value on this item.I've been cleaning out items to make some space.Enclose are some pictures. I believe the battery tray is 73-76 full size Chevy.:

Hey John, My Chevy Parts book '76 - '81 says part # 327172 is for a 1976 Chevrolet "B" (Biscayne/Bel-Air/Impala/Caprice) It may fit earlier "B" Models as well.
