Help needed understand cowl tag ACC codes

I understand the following that I copied and pasted below regarding three 409’s available for 1963 but I don’t know which one of the 409’s I am seeing before considering purchase. I know it’s not 425hp because I see a single carb under the hood.

“1963 Impala saw 3 new horsepower 409's. The 340hp, 400hp, and the 425hp. The
340hp had hydraulic lifters, and both the 400 and 425hp came with solid lifters, and special cam.”
I’m trying to decode the trim tag ACC codes to maybe figure out if 340hp or 400hp, hydraulic or solid lifters/special cam and whatever else from cowl tag. Thank you in advance for the expertise provided.

Almost all 409 Impalas are "made up". The engine compartment appears to be done nicely. Depending on price it may be a good deal, especially if the air works

Cowl tags do nothing to tell you if the car came with a 409, only if the car came with a V-8 motor.
A picture of pad on engine block in front of the passenger side head will verify if it has a serial number on it matching the serial number on door jamb.

Also all 63 409 engine came with a factory return line to the gas tank from the fuel filter.

I believe 409's had 2 hex dimples in top radiator tank
