How much HP do I get 11.25 new piston?

I have a1958 Impala Sports coupe with 348 ENG.
My ENG was broken on this week.
Get 1/2 hole on #6 piston in cylinder when 58 impala was running 70 mph on the highway in Japan.
So I want overhauling the engine block.
That is, boring the block, replacing the 11.25/1 #060 pistons.
Dose their piston work on my 348 ENG?
If OK. It is smooth running or not?
And how much do I get HP my eng Approximately?

Over bore?

Before you spend the money on machine work have the block sonic tested and see if you can over bore to .060 " A quality machine shop should have the equipment or know where to get this done.

to much compression

My friend,thats a lot of squeeze for todays gas.Lots of cam will reduce cyl. presure somewhat.Best to not retard timing ,keep apx.10 to 1.You will like it better! Tom
