I learned to back up a 2 axle farm trailer, front axle on a swivel, when I was about 10. Seen a little old lady back up a similar trailer loaded with hay- but she was using a horse instead of a tractor.
To be real good at backing up, you have to do it all the time. Works the same with alcoholism?

I was taught a super simple method. Pull up so everything is in a straight line then grab the bottom of the wheel at 6 o'clock with one hand. If you want the trailer to go left move your hand left. If you want it to go right move it to the right. Should never have to go past 9 o'clock or 3 o'clock. If you are that out of whack stop pull forward again till everything is inline and start again.

I could whip my 22' boat in and out real fast. Now my jet skis were a totally different story the shorter the trailer the worse it was. Only thing worse then the jetski trailer was the tow dolly it just goes wherever it wants to I hate having to back that thing up.
