Hey, guys was just wondering why Joie's Z11 had a heater in it? Was supposed to be restored to as delivered to the dealer in Florida

Contrary to popular belief many of the z11’s were delivered with a heater. I have photo documentation that Hayden Proffitt’s car came with a heater and it was delivered to so cal. The Bruder Chevrolet z11 also came with a heater and was featured in hot rod magazine as a test car. Here’s a pic of that car as delivered.

I’m pretty sure my Dads car came with a heater! I remember my Mom complaining to my Dad that she wanted her scales back and my dad talking about them taking things out of the car!

There's an artist in the Chicago area that did this for the current owner. He also did a nice rendition of the owners black '63 Z06.
