The date code will be on the right rear of the block between the head surface and the bell housing mount surface.
The FB shows for three years, 1955 265. 1956 265. and 1969 327.
With a build date of 08/15, and FB being a 69, 327 per James, and that 3932386 casting #, I would say 69, 327 wins. It should be a 2 bolt main block as there supposedly were no 4 bolt 327's made.

Engine was built for a jet boat in the mid 80s and never started. The first 25 years it was rotated. Time got away from me and now it's stuck. What can I put in the cylinders to possibly free it up? Any suggestions?
. And try to be as patient as possible. Once you get it free, keep pre-oiling it as you rotate it 90 degrees until the top end gets oil. Don't try to crank it until you get good oil throughout the engine. PATIENCE!!

Thanks so much guys. I have been wondering for 35 years what it was. It has double hump heads. Is there any way to tell if it has 194 or 202 valves without removing the valve cover? GREAT SITE. Thanks again.
