National Impala Assoc. Convention

I have never been a member of the National Impala Association, but have been told that they are going to have drag racing at the 28th summer convention in Indianapolis, starting the week of July 27th.

Does anyone on this forum plan on attending? Or do you have more information?

I was given a phone number for Jody Anderson, and that is my next step to contact.

I recall Jody's name coming up in previous discussions, that he was "reviving" the Association, and that he was a standup guy. When you find out more about the event, let us all know. Indy isn't that far from me, we zipped through there on the way back from Norwalk last year. Late July is generally a good time for my calendar, might have to consider going there as well as Norwalk in early September!
