I wish I would have found it before I started working on my Impala. I probably would not have had to do everthing twice to get it right. I have a 1965 Impala
396 car that i wish was a 409.
crokr, Welcome to the site. Well since you don't have the 409 in that 65' Impala guess you will have to settle for the 396... :takethat . Love the gold paint. I had a 66 Chevy II same combo, gold and beige gold interior.
Thanks for the welcome and comments about the car. It is a 396 car but i have a HO 502 in it for now. I plan on rebuilding the 396 and putting it back into the car and using the 502 for a little bit lighter car.
