Oil Pan ID

Bought this oil pan for my build, it is supposed to be a 1962 car 409 pan. Is this the correct baffle for it? Looking at the replacement pans show cars sells, they have a flat baffle. The truck pan I have has a flat baffle also. Just trying to confirm what I have, cant find a picture of here anywhere in my searches. Which would be better to use on my stroker 409 build. I didnt have a windage tray so I decided to go with the Chrysler studs without standoffs on my mains.

It's a car pan. Rh dipstick (409) and front drain. Truck drains were on the bottom. Not sure if the "baffles" don't vary some. May be a vendor thing.

Someone told me this being a 62 pan the motor didnt have the windage tray, came out in 63 HP motors, may be why it looks different.

There are "baffles" spot welded into the pan and there are separate "windage" trays that mount with the oil pump bolt and 4 special rear main cap bolts. These bolts set the windage tray at a set location with a shouldered standoff on the bolt. I use main studs with standoffs made just for windage tray usage. I cannot answer if baffling in the oil pan was different between a low hp app and a HP app that came with the additional windage tray. I would have to research the parts book on that. Possibly Cecil knows>

I know the difference between the baffles and the windage tray. Here is why I asked the question, below is a picture I found in searching this site that Randy Johnson posted a couple of years ago, he said it was one that show cars sells. As a stock replacement 409 car pan. The baffle in it lays down flat, the one I have supposedly from a 62 409 car motor is upright, I was wondering why the difference.
