The heads are done.

I just wanted to update everyone and let them know that the heads are done. My dad and I picked them up from Hitman today. We'll be starting to assemble the engine tomorrow.

I'll update again soon.

Rocker tip travel pattern

Hitman and 1911,

After checking the patterns of the rocker tip travel, it looks like we need stock length pushrods. Could you check the pictures below and let me know what you think.

To fill everyone else in on this, the guy that did our original machine work and engine assembly ordered shorter pushrods. 8.7 intake and 9.0 exhaust.

Dan, with the parts you have, the stock length pushrods would be correct. Put the thing together...........Hitman

Dan, summit part # crn-15634-16 available @ $135.99. 3/8 hardened 8.786 int., 9.142 exh., I know we talked earlier today so this is for anyone else reading this. The trick is 90 degrees at 1/2 lift.
