Those long branch exhaust manifolds are pretty good flowing. Soem even had the "bathtub" intake that was like a mini tunnel ram. A buddy is trying to repop them. And 409 AFBs work good on them!

Someone needs to cast mini-tunnel rams for a bunch of the old odd ball engines inc. 348/409's, SB and BBC have had enough attention.

Someone needs to cast mini-tunnel rams for a bunch of the old odd ball engines inc. 348/409's, SB and BBC have had enough attention.

It's a real expensive proposition. I'm hoping to have one out after summer. One thing you need more than cash is buyers.
In the 90's a group of guys in the Midwest had patterns done, copied off an original. They each got one and for some unknown reason destroyed the tooling. Might have been part of the deal to borrow the orignal. I saw only one.
