Question about 409 suffix digit

I just bought a car with a 409, supposedly. I just ran the numbers and the numbers show its a 348, I think. Before I call the guy up and get some legal help for deseption, can someone run these numbers for me so I can be absolutely positive. I want to make sure I got my info correct. T722G is the stamped number.

I'm afraid that Jim is right on this one. I have for the (G) code - 1958-60 Pass. Car 250HP 348 V8 4 bbl., Powerglide . I think I'ts time for a blanket party !

Actually, the time to check numbers was BEFORE you paid your money.
