Question On Back Seat 58 Impala

Can anyone tell me how the back seat is held in, I have the back rest in ok. But the rear seat is the problem, how is it clipped in or how is held down. Please send me a picture or information on it. Thanks boug.
This will be my first show with my 58 impala, i bought it from Jim Carlson Auto Center back in July of 1997. The show is in June 2, and 3th.

When you look at the floor under the rear seat you will see two clips that stick up about 1/2 inch near the front of where the the seat fits on the floor. You will have two areas on the seat frame, which is made of spring wire, that fit over these clips. You slip the back of the bench in first and then push back on the front until the clips are engaged. If you have new upholstery it will be a challenge to engage these clips but after the seats age it becomes easier. Roy
