Radiator Q's for 1961 impala

I purchased a dual 1" row radiator for my car and now i see that my power steering box that was previously installed in the car is in the way. it is a down flow radiator and what im wondering if i cut the lower tube to make it fit i will have to block off 3-4 rows to make it fit fine. The radiator is supposed to be good for 750 hp. Will this really effect me that much? I have a dual 12" fan setup for it as well. My motor is running about 460/470hp

Could just get the correct one and sell yours to somebody with a stock box.

Thanks i will look into that, seen some other but were horribly built but thisone looks nice. Wonder how it will cool my BB
