Have new heavy duty center support bearing. U joints seem to be ok.I would take a look at the center support bearing and U joints.
Don’t have noticeable vibration at steering wheel, best way I can describe it is like all 4 tires have small flat spots.Where is the vibration most noticeable, front[steering wheel]or rear[seat]?
No, was there before.Did the vibration start after you installed the support bearing?
In time? I have owned car for 5 years. Has always been problem. Originally thoyit was the biased ply tires, but problem continued after wheel and tire change. How about a little history of the start of the vibration.
Was the driveshaft intime?
If you really follow directions besides having the car at ride height you should just snug the carrier Bearing then knock it ahead 1/8" .Did you have the car at ride height when you tighten the center support?
Will check, should it be 3*?A source of vibration can be pinion angle.
Did not have at ride height. Don’t think it had space go movement but will check. If you really follow directions besides having the car at ride height you should just snug the carrier Bearing then knock it ahead 1/8" .
Will checkMake sure your U joints are in phase.
Need to check that also, ashamed I didn’t do it already.Does it vibrate above 40 when you put it in neutral?
