Me if I just had to have it, but unfortunately I don't.
If the vacuum switch was a "Good One" that could cover at least close the carburetor price alone.
Did they ever stamp the body's of these or was it just the tag?

From what I've been able to dig up the earlier 2 jets didn't get a body stamp just the tag, they've got a casting number on the main body as 1 of your pics show but it was common to all of them during that time frame.I think the ID stamp in the main body started in the late 60's after the last of the tripowers in 66 for Pontiac and maybe 67 for the Olds.

What are y’all doing this thing won’t be worth a bag groceries at Walmart time y’all done! Lol
But seriously any idea how it would affect a 348 with this carb

It might be 58-64 Pontiac,it isn't Olds,they didn't use vacuum secondaries,but mechanical like the 65-66 Pontiac did.

Chevrolet did not have the little metal vent until later on in the 60s, the carb should have had a vent where the circle is located if this was a 58 chevy.

I'm pretty sure the Olds J2 did use the vacuum secondaries.I've pulled the vacuum actuator off a couple of J2 intakes and they used a similar linkage as the 348.The later mid 60's Olds tripower may have used the mechanical linkage though.

The links below from Mike’s Carburetor have some nice diagrams and other info about the Rochester tri-power subject that may help you.
