Used 409 out of a 1962 Chevy Impala. Been sitting 16 years, has 2 carburetors and some chrome. As is firm price. complete with accys.

Speaking of $450 that is what I paid for my 64 340 HP SS in 1970!

Yea I have a buddy who finds all the deals-the one we will build the 348 for. But he's addicted why he has 20+ cars and few ever get completed-has to buy that next good deal!

that was most likely a FAKE craiglist ad for the 62 409hp motor.

It wasn't a fake ad....... I talked to the guy this morning. They sold it for $450.00

And no one wanted to give me 4500 for my truck 09 all machined, new parts, 58passenger heads assembled, all ready to go together. Go figure.
