Source for turn signal indicator housings?

The plastic housing inside the instrument cluster that holds the green turn signal lenses has crumbled into tiny little pieces. Does anybody reproduce these? Seems like something that would be easy to replicate with a 3D printer....has anyone printed one of these yet? If so, can I request the print file please?

As best as I can tell, the housing is not a perfect extruded rectangular shape but is tapered towards the lens end. Does anyone have a photo of one of these things that isn't in pieces?

Oops....I guess that tidbit of info would be pertinent.
I am working on a 1961 Bel Air. I mocked up some cardboard tubes that are similar to what my '55 Bel Air uses and that will probably work fine however finding actual reproductions would be preferable. I am still exploring the 3D print idea......I've been dying for an excuse to buy one of those things anyway.
