steering valve

Is it hard to change a steering valve? Is there any special tools to do this. Not the pump as I had already change that but my valve is leaking so bad that I will put in a bottle and it will be dry within a few minutes.

Any suggestions?

1. Loosen relay rod-to-control valve clamp. 2, Disconnect hose connections at control valve. 3, Disconnect control valve from pitman arm. 4, Unscrew control valve from relay rod. 5, Remove control vavle from car. This is verbatim from Motor's REpair Manual.:deal Roy
