How much does a 348 500hp engine twist to the right under full load on standard mounts?

If you are talking about factory style rubber mounts I would say no more than a 1/4 inch if they are of any quality.

That engine will be substantially more HP than the original 6 that 4 door came with.

Do you know the history of your car, I sold a 59 sedan to a guy in Perth back in 84 or so.

Car has been made up from three 59s all of which are from Vic. I moved over Perth 15 yrs ago starting up on the project about 5 yrs. Been a slow grind but it's getting there slowly. I've got an engineer lined up for the extra HP and have had to install a few mods.
