This 61 stay in my garage her in Switzerland .

Its a 235cid , but for a Pick Up is ok for me

Had a '64, and two '66's as daily drivers. Those 3 trucks brought me 25 years of service. Also had a '62 4000.

The company I drove for had many of these trucks, everything from '60 to '66. Half Tons, 3/4-Tons, 1-Tons and my personal favorite a '62 GMC 6500. Had a 478 V-6, 5-Speed Trans, 2-Speed Rear and Air Brakes.

I have since moved up to '67 to '72 though. Have 3 as of now not including parts trucks.

My father in law had 65 GMC hay truck that had a 478 Toro Flow Diesel,once up to speed it pulled the load pretty good but you measured the acceleration with a calendar instead of a clock.
