After screwing with headers for two weeks I needed something so I brought home a new toy to play with.
All setup ready to rock just need a lower linkage bracket and vooom off I go to the gas station again and again
Been doing so reading on converting it to FI which might be in it's future as well.
Hooker Super Comp Header 101 for BBC X frame cars.
1. Cut 2.5 inches off the collector before even mounting them other wise you'll need a witch doctor to get the 3" pipes on.
2. Canister oil filters don't work, clutch linkage dont fit, new mallory under header wires don't fit and oh make sure you have a mini starter or a torch and beer.
thats about that.
Oh fenderwell headers can and will melt the insides of master cylinders. But the new SS lines look very nice.
