Anyone recognize this jack base plate? I searched ebay and google images and don't see any exactly like it. Has a 50's look to it...

Nothing like good help Bob? And that's nothing like it.

I'd say its one of the early bumper jacks, wonder what year they started using them? I thought the 50's, before the war, bumpers likely weren't strong enough. Being crudely made, it's likely an oddball car manufacturer like say Crossley or AMC? Or made in JApan?

Skillet.....silly guy...............Harley started Panhead production in 1948. I think they had the springer front until 1950. From the way I hear it my Knuck was one of the last "47's" built. She's pretty well a stock El.

I once had a COMPLETE 39 Knuckel.......ALL IN PIECES AND NEVER CUT ON!!!! Traded for it in Emporia, KS, moved to Salina, KS after college graduation, moved to Denver and the to KC. Finally after having it here, sold it to clean out my garage!!!! $1750.00. 39EL1811....will never forget the VIN.

Yep, you're right Jeff. Then in 1958 they went to the duo glide and 1965, last year of the Pan was electric start.
