Cecil, what do you think the problem is? Was this pilot error?
Of course....it's always pilot error.
Most of those stores are self propelled, as in missles, that failed to fire. On the un-propelled stores like napalm or drop tanks, it looks like they failed to release properly....like the rear shackle releasing but the front hanging up. The last one looks like an unintentional or un-commanded release. That scooter (A-4) driver just was in the wrong place at the wrong time. may have been a case of hung ordinance that didn't release and the A-4 may have joined up to inspect it when it let go. Looks like he didn't get out.
