I ended up with a moser 9" and the wheels are saltflat special
It ran a 7.54 on a used set of michelin 225 75 15 whit walls last time at the track.

i have a question. on those large wheels: what is the ride like. meaning there is
not much tire there. does it ride smooth or rough compared to a 14 or 15 or even
a 16 inch wheel. thanks jim
