Valve Cover gaskets for use with Cast Edelbrock Valve Covers

The cork gaskets in my "BEST" overhaul kit do not fit my cast aluminum valve covers for beans. Obviously made for the sheet metal covers.

Anyone have any recommendations for valve cover gaskets that you used with the Edelbrock valve covers?

I see Edelbrock sells a valve cover gasket part number 7582. Can anyone confirm that they fit the Edelbrock 4140 valve cover correctly?

I used the one that come in the Fel-Pro kit, had to cut the tabs off that would hole it to the stamped steel cover.

I believe I used the Edelbrock gaskets with my Edelbrock valve covers.

Thanks. Problem with my gaskets is the holes in the bottom do not line up well enough because of the thicker flange edge of the valve cover.

I would hope their expensive gaskets would work with their valve covers, thats why I asked before spending the money
