Vehicle Inspection in Erie Pennsylvania ?

I'm in the process of purchasing a 1961 Belair Bubbletop located in Erie. Is
there anyone close to this area that is knowledgeble and willing to inspect the
car for me please ?

I'm about 6 hours to the west, in LaPorte, Indiana. Saturday, Oct 6th, I'm planning
to go after the car with my trailer (the car is not yet roadworthy), and I really
don't want to make a mistake. I've got photo's of the car, but there are area's
that I can't see in the images that I'm concerned about.

Can anyone please help me out ?

Leaving tomorrow morning at 5AM with my trailer to make the 6 1/2 hour drive
to Erie. This vehicle inspection thing has not worked for me, so I guess I'm
going on gut feeling this trip. I hope the car is everything I hope for. Images
can be very misleading.
