What Cam and Rebuild Parts needed for 583 heads

I am building a 1964 Impala SS Convertible with Correct 425HP 409 Engine (4-Speed). Block is 3844422, Heads are 3852583, intake is 3814881 and carbs are Carter AFB 3361S and 3804S (option is to replace with 3362S). My question is what CAM to use and what parts do I need to purchase for refurbishing the 583 Heads. I wish to ask the experts here and not rely on the Machine Shop suggestions. Thank you

I would for sure not trust the two piece factory valves. One piece stainless valves. Cam choice depnds on how factory original you want to keep the entire motor on the inside as well as outside. Valve spring specs would be somewhat dependent on cam choice and the actual installed height on those valves

Get with Show Cars and get the valves, the Isky cam#0958,The lifters and springs and retainers as well as the new valve seals can be had there as well.Do not use the aftermarket stock replacement rocker arms,as they won't hold up for a stock 250 horse 348.

The 3804-S carb is correct for 1964!!!!! Post the build dates off your carbs.

I plan on getting all parts from Show-Cars HOWEVER
I have another question. I just unpacked the second 583 head. I attach pictures of each. One has GM3, the other has GM1. Can I use both of these heads in my rebuild?

Why?
Maybe I’m curious because my heads had the exhaust seats replaced (by P.O.) they all checked out perfect and passed the pressure check. The valve job only took minimal clean up.

There is very little material in that area and it is very easy to break through or not break through when machining but crack when the seats are driven in. Not that it is impossible to put seats in but it is not recommended either.
