I agree it does look rather "What !!!". But as a guy who constantly fights overheating problems I wonder how does he drive it with no air moving throught the radiator ???? Must be a trailer queen !!!!

Maybe those are all temp guages. He'll need them to tell him that he is blocking all the airflow.

My guess is that , it, the stupid looking sheet metal, is mounted at a slant and most of the air comes from the under side,,,
