What's it worth?

62 bbl top original small blk car. Body not done. Had quarter replaced. No floor/trunk rot. Has complete done chassis with 409 4spd. I know condition is everything. I have yet to go look at it so I cant validate the claims of the owner. I have seen real 4o9 cars shoot the moon. what do nice clones bring? It's basically a half done car with all the parts. Help is appreciated.
