I need to replace a gas tank in my '64. I see no need for a stainless tank, but I do want a quality tank that is coated so I don't have to worry about rust. I've seen some at the typical sources (Rock Auto, Amazon) around $150 + straps and sending unit etc., and I see Hubbard's Impala Parts (driving distance for me) offers some, which I assume are the same tanks. Anyway, where are yall getting good quality tanks from?
Also, opinions of Hubbard's Impala Parts? I've purchased sheet metal from them probably 15-20 years ago, I think they had Goodmark pieces back then, but that's it. They are about an hour drive from me so the convenience is there, but I have no idea about quality and/or service.
