Who's '61?

It also appears to be an SS. Also appears to have Ohio tags. Back in the 80's when I belonged to the Miami Valley Late Great Chevy club, the President of the club had a real black '61 SS. It was rough inside and out and he was trying to work on it, but he had cancer and never got very far with it. Don't know what ever happened to the car.
