Z11 identification

From what I've been reading the blocks were 409? What are the casting marks, and does this make difference in value?

A 'QM' in the deck stamp would be an original Z-11 block... yours is likely not a QM block

That's the correct 1963 block.
There will a number cast into the block, left side where the bellhousing flange is. 1-365.....is called a Julian date code and is the casting date of the block.

Probably an industrial application. Show us what the top of the cylinders look like.
