1963 tilt vs 1964 tilt steering column

Does anyone know if there is a differance between the 63 and 64 tilt steering columns? I know that there is a difference between the regular columns. The 63 has a 4" diameter where it meets the steering wheel and the 64 is slightly less. I was just curious if this carried over to the tilt columns.

I usually see 63/64 tilt columns listed as fitting both years. Maybe they fit but were different.

one difference

'63-'64 tilt colums are exactly the same except for the upper collar. '63 is straight, '64 has a slight taper at the top for the smaller diameter wheel hub. The collars van be interchanged.
