Various components

Welcome to the site! You have quite an engine there. Here's what I think you have:

Have a 348 Block cast no. 3755011 GM2 Cast dat.B2560
Block stamp no. T0405FH CYL. Heads 3830817

The block was cast on February 25th 1960 (B 25 60) and was assembled in Tonowanda, NY on April 5, 1960 (T 04 05) and it is a 348 passenger block. The "FH" suffix code denotes a 1960-61 Passenger Car with the 350HP 348 V8 that had 3-2 bbls, manual trans., High perf. solid cam. Nice setup!

The "817" heads are not original to that engine build, they are from a 1963-4 340 horse build. Pretty close to the original heads in terms of performance. They had a casting ending in "1147".

I'd say you've got a pretty nice combination there, and it would look good down my basement :).

Cheers!
TomK
