Cool Pack was sold exclusively and installed at a service center of a Chevrolet Dealership or could have been purchased at the Chevrolet parts counter. The Cool Pack was NOT a Factory Air option.

Not exactly correct. Cool Pack was FOA 111 in 61. See Section 111 in your 61 Assembly Manual. It was also available as a dealer installed accessory.
