Looking good Jim
If we all choose just one part of a Z11 and reproduce them, then we could build new Z11's. I could build 50-57 of something. I'm calling dibs on the last one I make because by then I'll know what I'm doing. You do amazing work. I'm tossing out all my tools in shame.

I'll be smoothing the welds out some, but I'll leave the polishing or chrome plating to the new owners, I hope.Wow!! A little grinding and polishing and those will be spot on. Assume you are going to send them out bare aluminum? Chrome plate will probably be exorbitantly expensive, not to mention tricky on that aluminum.
No aluminum bolts from me. I've got a box full of stainless carriage bolts that polish nicely.Jim... are you going to be making your own aluminum bolts or are you going to buy them. I suggest USS threads, since they will hold better. No suggestions on how to make aluminum carriage head bolts, but I am certain that you will figure it out. You are an amazing craftsman...

Keep in mind the galvanic corrosion that occurs between stainless steel and aluminum when they're in contact with each other.
I may start on a 63 front bumper next(next meaning after a few air cleaners and the quarter panels are on the 62)(and my JD 4310 is back together) . 62's?, maybe after that and a bunch more projects. So, at the rate I'm going, could be before I retire. When do you start on 62 's???? Awesome job.
