Exhaust rocker geometry question

As James has said, with the.100 longer valve, the rocker arm setting higher on the stud moves the roller tip of the rocker futher to the outside of the valve stem. Although it looks to close to the edge by eye, if you put some machinist blueing on the roller tip and check the contact print on the valve tip, turn the engine over through the valve opening and closing cycle, the blueing pattern should be safely away from the edge of valve tip. It won't be centered ,but can be safely run as long as the pattern is away from the edge. There will be a compromise here between trying to center the pattern and shortening the sweep across the tip . Play with your adjustable pushrod lenghts until you get an acceptable compromise at the tip pattern. Acceptable pattern will probably be 2/3 to 3/4 toward outside, it will be fine, lots of these engines have logged many street miles and race track passes with no trouble in this manner.
