Help with buying parts out of U.S.

Trying to buy an oil pan off Ebay, But seller won't ship to Canada and I can't ask him a question.
Is there anyway that someone in Ohio or New York states can ask if he can ship to Canada.
Frustating to find what you need and not be able to purchase it. Item # is 251364184051

RED65; I make frequemt trips to the U.S. to pick up parts for myself as I'm fairly close to the border and have good connections in Montana and NorthDakota. if you don't have another way I can always pick the stuff up and ship it to you when I'm back home.
Just sayin....
