Yesterday's brunch. Home made breakfast sausage and home made buttermilk biscuits. Think I finally found a good biscuits recipe.

Got a try with the Onlyfire pizza attachment for my Weber grill. Works surprisingly well. I definitely need to work on my dough handling skills though.
You should have been a cook. 
Had to use up the Italian sausage, some rolls provolone, parmesan and home made pizza sauce for some sandwiches.
It was, my friend Chris goes to St Charles a lot to buy goods at the Italian grocery markets an get this sausage that is just the best in my opinion.
After my first pizza cook I didn't like getting on my knees to keep an eye on the pizza during the cook. I had this old entertainment center I built years ago. After getting it dug out I traced out the lid then made a 1 inch adjustment on my circle and cut it out. This is now at a much better working height for me.
Ready for blast off. 
Smoked a pikes peak roast today for some open face roast beef sandwiches.
The dish sent for the night shift, she said it was delicious and she like my mashed potatoes. Now that is something to say the least because she makes the best mashed potatoes.
My sweet tooth was hungry.
